Since 1957 Training Christians for Ministry International Institute, or TCM, has come alongside Christians throughout the world to develop Christian leaders for significant service through higher learning. Their vision is that every nation will have effective leaders of disciple-making movements impacting their churches, cultures, and countries for Christ.

They currently have over 1,500 students and over 700 graduates working in 43 countries. Accredited Certificate, M.A., and M.Div. courses are offered in a flexible format so these disciple-makers can stay fully involved in their local ministries and employment. 80% of each class is delivered online and another 20% is finished face-to-face with in-depth discussion, mentoring, and application of the online portion.
TCM develops bi-vocational Christian leaders for less than two percent of the cost it would take to send a U.S. missionary to that same country. Since these disciple-makers already know the cultures and languages, they are equipped with the needed advanced training for successful ministries and a lifetime of service.
Their main teaching facility is in Vienna, Austria. However, many students are unable to travel to our Austrian Center because of family or ministry situations, lack of finances, or political issues. So TCM is strategically utilizing online services and creating 23 additional mentoring centers in 15 other countries. Currently 50% of their classes are finished face-to-face at these centers, making their ministry training cost-effective and convenient.
