Our In-Building Response to COVID-19
We’re gathering on our Mason campus Sundays at 9:00 am and 10:30 am! We can’t wait to see you. In order to keep everyone safe, these gatherings will look different than our pre-COVID services with reduced capacity social distancing guidelines in place.
LIMITED CAPACITY
What does auditorium seating look like?
Each household will be seated three seats apart, and every other row has been removed.
SAFE AND SANITIZED
Below are some changes that we are making to keep you safe, and some things that you can do to help us achieve that goal.
What we are doing:
- Providing additional hand sanitizer stations around the building.
- Disinfecting all surfaces between services, including auditorium, restrooms and common areas.
- Seating each family 6 feet apart, and utilizing every other row in our venues.
- Requiring masks.
- Continuing to provide CC Live, CC Students and CC Kids online options for anyone who is not able to attend in person.
What you can do:
- If you have any symptoms of illness, please join us online.
- Wash your hands thoroughly, cover your cough, and avoid touching your face.
- Respect other people’s personal space by maintaining a safe distance of 6 ft.
- Instead of hugs, greet one another with a wave.
- If you live with a health condition that puts you at high risk for COVID-19, consider joining us online instead.
We understand that everyone in our church family has a different comfort level when it comes to gathering. With this in mind, we will continue to provide a high-quality online experience for anyone choosing to worship from home.
Is there CC Kids and CC Students programming?
Our mission is to partner with parents to help kids and teens become fully engaged followers of Christ. One way we are partnering with parents during COVID-19 is to provide programming that keeps kids as safe as possible.
HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOUR CHILD SAFE:
- Requiring you to reserve your child’s spot when registering for CC Kids.
- Taking temperatures upon entry into the CC Kids area.
- Requiring masks for volunteers, parents, and 1st-12th grade children. Masks are optional for younger children.
- Requiring CC Kids to wash their hands before entering their classroom.
- Allowing only one parent/guardian to enter the CC Kids spaces for drop-off and pick-up.
- Not allowing snacks in the CC Kids spaces.
Over the coming weeks and months, we will continue to monitor guidance from the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health. Our desire is to be wise and balanced in our approach as we discern what is best for our church family and community. Make sure to follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on any possible changes to this policy.
