Raw and Real – Online Community Group

Please join us for a Raw & Real journey to being healthy, spiritually and physically.

Do you feel powerless in the struggle to get healthy? Do you feel trapped in a vicious cycle of defeat? Through this group we will learn to grab ahold of God’s truths to set us free! This Raw and Real group will work together through Lysa Terkeurst’s Made to Crave study at a level that allows us to add in actionable items each week.

We will meet virtually weekly. All ages welcome! We understand getting healthy is not a one size fits all. We will work on our own individual meal plans, and exercise routines so we can each have something that fits our physical ability and schedule. We will also have accountability & prayer partners.
