Sharpen the Spear

As a follow-up to Christ’s Church’s generosity initiative that was launched earlier in the year, this sermon series walks through the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem under the oversight of God’s man of the hour, Nehemiah. Because of the people’s willingness to fearlessly follow God’s directions, the walls were rebuilt in an astounding 52 days. This series is packed with leadership lessons for Christ followers today, as well as some very practical reasons for giving to God. When we choose to live out God’s plan for our lives God’s way, incredible things happen. We want to live the most generous lives possible in order to reach the most people in the shortest amount of time.
